Tenji Japanese Buffet @ Solaris Mont Kiara has been so popular among food lovers. It offers more than 100++ dishes ranging from Oriental cuisine (Dim Sum, Double Boiled Soup, selection of significant Oriental dishes); Japanese Station (Sushi, Sashimi, Teriyaki, Tempura, Mini Steamboat); Western Cuisine (Assorted types of burgers, Grilled Meat, Pasta, Spaghetti); Beverages (Various types of tea, fruit juices, coconut, fruits, chocolate fondue) and last but not least the Dessert corner ( Baskin Robin ice cream, assorted puddings and cakes). The best point is the lunch buffet started from 1130am till 4pm…My friends and I grabbed the opportunity on their September promotion which cost RM39.90 per pax and these are some of the photos to share with.

Overall, Tenji Buffet is the best among other buffet by hotel in terms of food quality and also of its wide selection. Some of the popular food and beverages are coconut, red dragon fruit juice, salmon slice, oyster, steamed fish and many many more… Tenji is having Lunch/ Supper @ RM49.90 per pax for Oct/Nov promotion. What’s more exciting is you have the chance to enjoy triple ice cream delight from Haagen Dazs, Kindori and Baskin Robin. The promotion starts from 01/10/2009 till 30/11/2009. Lunch promotion is only valid on weekdays, supper promotion is valid on everyday.

2I just ate dinner there on 17th July and it was a terrible experience. The food was all not fresh, sushi rolls were probably made 3-4 hourse before as the seaweed skin was already soggy, the swordfish sashimi was not fresh – totally soggy texture, the oysters were mediocore, al the food was cold even if it was freshly brought out. It’s obvious they cook everything on a mass scale before the opening time, then during the dinner time they don’t bother cooking – just stand around doing nothing. And to top it off the next morning I had diarrohea. I would never go back there ever again!
