Last year I bought Christmas take away roast turkey from San Francisco Steak House and I was very pleased with the whole deal. I like the way the turkey was prepared. The taste was great too.  My family liked it too and the most important thing was the quality of the turkey and the home made / in house made sauce was excellent!

This year, I went all the way to Damansara Intan to order my turkey, only to found out it was moved. As a food blogger, I tried to google the new location of San Francisco till I found The KLUE. THE KLUE pointed out that San Francisco Steak House and Santini are actually sister company. I went  to Santini at Jaya One to to try my luck and manage to order my Christmas Roast Turkey. Well, the one in Damansara Intan is being relocated to the new shopping mall next to it. I forgot what’s the name.  Tentatively will be opened on the first week of January 2009 , as per the Management Trainee in Santini.

Christmas Roast Turkey is served!& Sauces

Christmas Roast Turkey with Chestnut and Paprika at RM168 per bird. The whole set comes with a turkey, potatoes, carrots, small cabbages, chestnut and paprika stuffing, brown and cranberries sauce.

Besides Christmas roast turkey, they also offer Christmas roast lamb. Santini also serves Christmas Set Dinner at RM68 per person.

Note: this is a take away offer. You can’t order the whole bird when you dine in, unless you pre-order a few days before you come. It will also take a day or two for them to fulfil your order as the bird needs seasoning and marinating.
