Teppan Aji Ichiban located at Damansara Utama, PJ, just opposite Uptown Tower 1. Teppan Aji Ichiban serves affordable Japanese set meal range from RM16.00 to RM26.00. I have visited many times this Japanese restaurant, the food is nice and every time I ended up with a full satisfied stomach

This is salmon teriyaki set - RM22. Including sea weed miso soup, chawan mushi , a slice of watermelon, white rice and off course salmon. I do not eat salmon , according to my friend, the salmon was fresh, juicy and nicely cooked. He enjoyed it very much.

Every time I go, I will order Saba Shioyaki set (RM16.00), I love the way they prepared the saba fish, it is really yummy when dip with wasabi. My set also came with sea weed miso soup, chawan mushi, a slice of watermelon, white rice and half of a saba fish. Besides the main dish, I love the chawan mushi too, the egg was so smooth and you can just swallow it.

This dinner cost us RM42.90 including a serving of ocha (RM1.00), a glass of warm water (FOC) plus 10% service charge.

Overall, the food is good and again satisfying, the only drawback is they spend too much time preparing the food. Besides that, this restaurant is always empty, want to know why? Well, I do not have answer fro this actually…Do tell me if you got the answer!
