Fancy knowing what a doctor thinks about what healthy food is? This post will reveal to you what the doctor thinks, through his very own restaurant.
A chinese medicine doctor, who have been practising for almost 30 years, in Kepong have recently started his own restaurant. This chinese medicine doctor or “sen seh” as you might call it, have been prescribing medicine as well as nutritional soup as part of his treatment.
Red Yeast Restaurant is the brain child of this doctor, hoping that he can promote wellness via healthy food (no msg, no preservatives).Red Yeast is a Chinese restaurant situated in Bandar Manjalara, Kepong. Red Yeast located 1 block away from his clinic is providing truely awesome healthy food, down to the last drop, if I may say. Food ingredients are from healthy and clean sources (organic) and is cooked with Chinese traditional herbs to provide you with supplements to your body. Oh… I should not miss out that it taste good too.
P.s. Red Yeast also provides food for mothers who just give birth and are in confinement. Also they have package sets of food for “tuning” of your health. eg. Some people have problem sleeping, that can be “tuned” via healthy food sets.
Red Yeast offers various value set menu priced at RM12.50.

This is pork rib set , comes with one egg, vege, a bowl of herbal soup.

Red yeast also offers various tea, priced at RM3.60/pot. We ordered
Rosemarnus Officinalis tea (é™å¿ƒèŒ¶ï¼‰, which said to calm the heart.

Wok Boiling Fish which boiled with ginseng – RM18.00.

Organic Green vegetables – RM6.00
