Sylvia: KimChi has various types of enzymes that are important for biochemical reaction in our body...enzyme will be destroyed in high temp, most of the processed food do not have any trace of enzyme anymore...but Korean and Japanese eat raw fruits and veggies...no wonder they are healthy and prettier... :)
Jackson: I agree with you! Their instant noodles are better than Maggi mee and those from Hong Kong and Taiwan... :)

Ooohh...i love korean snacks...yummy and cheaper compared to Japanese snacks. Luckily, there is a Korean supermarket at my office here, newly opened and even have a section on various kimchis, sold according to weight.
