I came to know about Korea, Korean food through Korea Drama…My first Korean drama was Full House by Rain and Song Hye-Kyo followed by My name is Kim Sam Sun…I watch only comedies
Rain and Song Hye-Kyo were the first Korean celebraties that I know…I always wondering why their skin are so smooth and flawless…emm…most possible is due to thier dietry habits…then I started looking for Korean product… ranging from facial product (The Skin Food) to their food…Well, Korean made product seemed to be healthier and yummier…
Jaya Jusco is having Korea Food Fair and I have bought some of my favourite
food…Seaweed flavored with wasabi (RM7.90)served as a healthy snack and is very good for those who often work in front of computer…KimChi ramen (RM12.50,5/pack) tastes better than mee Maggi…Their biscuits with lemon and kiwi (RM8.50) are less oil, less salt…crispier…Jujube Honey Tea (RM36.90) is good to drink with warm water before breakfast…Is said to improve blood circulation and prevent constipation.

2Ooohh…i love korean snacks…yummy and cheaper compared to Japanese snacks. Luckily, there is a Korean supermarket at my office here, newly opened and even have a section on various kimchis, sold according to weight.

5Sylvia: KimChi has various types of enzymes that are important for biochemical reaction in our body…enzyme will be destroyed in high temp, most of the processed food do not have any trace of enzyme anymore…but Korean and Japanese eat raw fruits and veggies…no wonder they are healthy and prettier…

Jackson: I agree with you! Their instant noodles are better than Maggi mee and those from Hong Kong and Taiwan…
