Lei Cha ?? is my all time favorite. It is a very healthy food, filled with green vegetables, preserved turnip and nuts, best to be taken at least twice a week, it helps in detoxification.:) it is oil free also, good for those who want to keep slim. For those who do not know Mandarin, ‘Lei’ means grind and ‘Cha means tea. Lei Cha beverage tea based consisting of a mix of tea leaves that are ground or pounded together with various roasted nuts, seeds and grains.
There is a new shop selling Lei Cha in Kepong. The Lei Cha soup is nothing special from other places. I like the crystal dumplings with taofu and chinese shallots. It is very special and delicious, suitable for vegetarian too.The other specialty is Hakka mee, with minced pork and shredded carrots. The pork balls are yummy.

Lei Cha rice set with various types of vege (vegetarian)Â and a bowl of Lei Cha soup-RM4.50.

Dried Hakka mee with pork fishballs. Less oil, tasty and yummy…RM4.50

This one must try!!! RM1.30 each.Trust me, it’s worth for the money.

Barley with gingko dessert , not too sweet …
