Baba-Nyonya is a special tribe from Malacca. There are some mixing cultures between Chinese and Malay and cause the unique of Baba-Nyonya Food among so many tribes in Malaysia. For the food, the way of cooking could be found that they are special.

Breakfast toast with coffee is a quite normal breakfast set for Malaysian besides teh tarik or Nasi Lemak. This is definitely that Breakfast toast is considered a healthier food than Nasi Lemak which has been considered as a strong and fat.

Breakfast toast has very different way to be prepared. In this shop, what I see is the saiz of the Roti is quite large if compare with other Breakfast toast in mosty Chinese kopitiam.
About the coffee, it doesn’t attract me strongly. As far what I know is, there are new type coffee so call white coffee especially from Penang. I am not so sure that in this Baba-Nyonya restaurant, whether it is a white coffee or normal ordinary coffee.

About the ginger beef rice, mostly we can find that it is similar a cantonis food call 姜葱牛肉饭。Due to Chinese traditional religion and Buddhist, some Chinese will properly not consider any beef at all in their meal. Therefore, ginger chicken, deer, pork and so on will be the other choices instead of beef. Anywhere, the gray colour kelopok is very unique malay food. This is very good idea come with the ginger beef rice and contribute the white rice is boring no more.

For desert, for what I know is, most of the people start to forbid the cold food which has been considered as an unhealthy food. Therefore, a warm red bean desert is coming. I am not so sure whether there is other desert like green bean, taros………?
