If you have been with Malaysian Food Guide from the beginning, you would know we have already featured Coconut House many years ago. Coconut House has always had a pristine place in our heart because we truly had many wonderful experience there. The Brazil Santos coffee served was truly unmatched by any other in Malaysia. We never found any good Brazil Santos coffee after that. Sadly it closed down then. But now it is BACK. This is the better version of the COCONUT HOUSE.
Good coffee is becoming a trend in city like Kuala Lumpur. Many new cafes are popping up and they are trying to offer something more than traditional coffee or what is available from commercial franchise such as Coffee Bean or Starbucks. Coffee is not just a mean to sit down with friends or source of caffeine for exam facing students.Coffee drinking is a trend and to some degree, a matter of status.

Last week we visited the SS2Two Mall, SS2 Mall is rather new with fairly few tenants but there are rows of restaurants and cafe just waiting to be discovered. Out of so many choices, we were attracted by the big and bright red color signboard of Henry Cook. Out of curiosity, we went to have a look of what types of food they are offering.
Marriott Putrajaya launched their new renovated restaurant- Zest two months ago. Zest, at Marriott Putrajaya served delectable sumptuous western and local cuisines. Zest has put in a lot of work in their interior design. The place is what you would imagine a candle light dinner. Of course this is complimented by 5-star hotel services. Unlike other hotels we have been, Marriott Putrajaya definitely offer top notch customer service.
We noticed this nice looking café one one day on our way to SS2. Mojo cafe is located directly above 7-11 and same row with Mc Donalds, or upstairs of Geylang Lor9 Frog Porridge. We were quite skeptical at first as many café mushrooming all over Klang valley this recent years and most of them offering not so good quality food and drinks.
